Determining the correct size MegaBand men's watch band you need is simple:

1.    Make sure your watches head width is between 17mm and 22mm.

2.    Measure your wrist

3.    Measure the case width of your watch.

4.    Subtract the case width from the wrist width and look up your MegaBand size in the following table:
 

*Completely unexpanded watch band length.  MegaBands™ are highly flexible spring expansion bands which easily expand by up to 25% longer from their unexpanded length and still remain comfortable to wear.  For example, the XXXL band will comfortably expand to 12.5".  As a result there is some overlap between sizes.  Normally, the best choice will normally be the band whose unexpanded length is closest to your "Wrist - Case" measurement.

For example, if your watch case measures 1.75" and your wrist measures 11", then your "Wrist - Case" measurement is 11" - 1.75" = 9.25" so you would want an XXXL MegaBand™.
